authors
Posters and
oral posters discussion
The oral poster discussions allow all poster authors
to present their subject for about 5 minutes with a few overheads
containing aim, experiments, results, and conclusions.
The format of the posterwalls is 118 x 114 cm and 120 x 180 cm
respectively.
The posters can be set up from Sunday afternoon on and may be left until the end
of the conference.
Oral contributions
All usual projection techniques are available, including e.g. overhead and slide
projectors or beamer.
For
a
smooth
organization
it
is
appreciated
if
you
provide
your
presentation
on
a
CD
or
another
common
medium.
The program will be presented as:
Award Lectures
(AL, 60 min)
Plenary Lectures
(PL, 50 min)
Key
Communications (KC, 30 min)
Short
Communications (SC, 20 min)
Oral Posters Presentations (6 min)
The authors are kindly asked to respect the
presentation times given which should also include sufficient time for questions
and discussion.
The conference language will be English.
Abstracts
|
The contributions will be published in form of a workbook
consisting of maximum two-pages
abstracts. Abstracts should contain subject
related references. |
